My 6th place at the 2009 SAN DIEGO JUNIOR MASTERS at Carlton Oaks, California, was another good finish for me. At 74 on the first and 73 on the second day, I was able to keep in touch with the leaders, but overall, I am not yet satisfied. I want to win big events like this and I need to focus more and realize my full potential. Anyway, I was happy Tom Lehman congratulated me.
Memorabilia of great champions in the history alley of the Pinehurst Club House, "One-Moment-in-Time" with Payne Stewart as well as his bronze statue on 18 of Pinehurst #2, all conveyed a feeling of awe and a silent respect.
The 2009 U.S. Teens World Championship at Pinehurst, NC, was a great learning experience for Keanu.
Having roared to a 6th place finish in the SAN DIEGO JUNIOR MASTERS shortly before the World Championship, Keanu's family had high hopes for this tournament. And Keanu did not disappoint.
